Trnové – Stráňavy – Strečno

Description: The trip starts in Trnové (375 metres above sea level) and it follows the green-marked trail. You can stop at the Museum of Malá Fatra and then continue to Javorina saddle (966 metres above sea level), where you can stop by the Memorial to the 1st Czechoslovak Army Corps. From the saddle, you should follow the red mark to Strečno (365 metres above sea level). You can stop at the Strečno castle, or you can take a ferry to Nezbudská Lúčka, to the Panaráma, a traditional Slovak restaurant that offers a nice view. You can return either along the yellow marked trail through saddle under Kojšová, where you switch to the blue-marked trail until saddle Pod Javorinou. Continue to Trnové along the green trail.
