In the summer months, you can cool down in two outdoor pools (length 50 m) and children are sure to enjoy the children’s pool. Refreshment stands sell chilled beers and ice-creams. The best way to work on your tan is a game of volleyball. There is an outdoor court in the grounds of the town swimming pool.

The Stráňavy open-air swimming pool is a great place for all the family to relax in the foothills of the Malá Fatra Mountains. Children will love the freedom to play about as much as they like. You can look forward to a big swimming pool and a children’s pool with a water temperature of 24 – 26° C. You will also enjoy the wide range of refreshments available. If you are interested in accommodation, there is a bed and breakfast with up to 70 beds and a small private chalet for 8 persons. The open-air pool is open during the summer.
