Zástranie - Kotrčiná Lúčka – Radoľa

Description: You should start the trip in Zástranie (550 metres above sea level) and follow the red marks to village Kotrčiná Lúčka – Stráň (555 metres above sea level). The total ascent is 165 m in 5.1 km and you should manage it in 1.5 hour, approximately. In the middle of the trail – Pod Kučerovkou – you can turn to the green trail in direction to Radoľa. This section is 5.1 km long and it should take you 1.5 hour. In Radoľa (400 metres above sea level) you can stop in the beautiful Renaissance manor house, one of the oldest cultural sights in Kysuce. A replica of a mammoth calf is the biggest attraction. Various interesting events and craft workshops are organized in the manor house throughout the year. You can return to Žilina by bus.
